Andy Wilson is a seasoned litigator and trusted business advisor who helps his clients assess and overcome legal risks and other obstacles to growth.  For more than twenty years, Andy has represented and advised businesses both large and small in a wide range of legal matters, and his practice with PKH involves primarily intellectual property litigation and transactions involving intellectual property.

Andy's past experience includes five years with Alston & Bird -- one of Atlanta's top law firms -- where he focused exclusively on copyright, trademark, patent, and e-commerce litigation. In that role, he worked with some of America's most recognizable brands on trademark enforcement matters and participated in large-scale, multi-million dollar patent litigation relating to, among other things, medical devices and carpet tiles.  He is also experienced with trademark licensing, and with the prosecution of trademark applications.

Andy also brings to PKH a first-hand knowledge of the concerns and needs of in-house legal counsel, as he served for eight years as Deputy General Counsel for Randstad, one of the country's largest staffing and HR services providers.  In that role, he advised top-level company management regarding all aspects of the law, including employment law, state and federal compliance issues, and franchise law.  He managed and successfully resolved hundreds of company litigation matters (including copyright and trademark cases), helped manage the company's domestic trademark portfolio, drafted and negotiated countless services contracts, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and other agreements, and served as Randstad's corporate Integrity Officer.
