    Our singular focus is intellectual property, and at present we are limiting our consideration to those who are eligible to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  We are open to the possibility of welcoming and mentoring recent graduates with relevant technical backgrounds, in addition to experienced candidates.  Our recruiting efforts place an importance on diversity, recognizing the value of a diverse workforce and an environment that fosters equity and inclusion. 

    Unlike the traditional law firm model, PKH supports and encourages the concept of working from home apart from being merely a pandemic necessity.  We believe that a healthy work-life balance is more readily achieved without being tied to a central office every weekday.  To this end, we have designed our technology infrastructure from the ground up to leverage cloud-native services to enable work from anywhere, without the inconveniences of relying on legacy systems and clunky cloud add-ons. 

    Our innovative platform keeps overhead to a minimum, which helps us to keep costs low for our clients and to offer you a better return for your labor.  Clients have no desire to fund an expansive art collection for our offices, and we know you do not either. 

    Although candidates willing to reside in Georgia are preferred, we will consider exceptional individuals in other locations on a case-by-case basis.
