Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt Welcomes Danny Begasse to Its Patent Prosecution Group
Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt LLP (PKH) is pleased to announce that Danny Begasse has joined the firm as an Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice, where he will focus on U.S. and international patent prosecution and portfolio management.
Danny brings nearly a decade of experience in intellectual property law, combining deep technical expertise with strategic legal insight. Prior to joining PKH, he served as a technical advisor, patent agent, and patent prosecution associate at two prominent Atlanta law firms, where he developed extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technologies, including computer hardware and software systems, wireless communications, semiconductor manufacturing, and machine learning.
In his practice, Danny counsels clients on patent and trade secret strategy, aligning intellectual property protection with business objectives. He also provides guidance on global patent portfolio management, trademark clearance, and intellectual property due diligence, as well as freedom-to-operate, patentability, and invalidity analyses.
Danny earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the State Bar of Georgia, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia. Danny is also an active member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Intellectual Property Law Section.
