James Rha is an associate with Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt LLP. James's main practice area focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical space. James has experience handling patent prosecution for a number of clients, including several multinational clients.

James's technical areas of experience include networking and wireless communication, order fulfillment systems, electrical circuitry, semiconductors, and other electrical and software related technologies. In addition, James also provides clients with other intellectual property services, such as trademark and copyright registrations.

Prior to joining Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt, James worked for another well-known intellectual property boutique law firm in Atlanta. James is a member of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA) as well as the IP Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
