Joe Staley is a member of the firm's litigation practice group and is experienced with all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, and various other intellectual property disputes. Joe also counsels clients on patent and trademark prosecution matters, licensing, counterfeiting, due diligence, clearance issues, and developing corporate IP strategies.

Joe received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, where he graduated first in his class, and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, Joe was enrolled in a dual program with Georgia Tech that focused on serving the needs of startup entities and the commercialization of emerging technologies.
