Kenny Knox assists corporations in securing and enforcing intellectual property rights. His expertise lies in patent preparation and prosecution across a range of technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, display devices, computer virtualization, blockchain, data connectors, electromechanical devices, and wireless power circuitry. Kenny has handled over a hundred design patent applications for user interfaces and various consumer products.

Kenny manages domestic and international anti-counterfeiting efforts and global brand management strategies. He has strategically developed and rehabilitated global intellectual property portfolios and effectively utilized them to combat counterfeit goods.

Kenny possesses significant experience in post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including inter partes review (IPR) and, ex parte reexamination. He oversees defensive measures such as prior art searches and third-party preissuance submissions.

Additionally, Kenny regularly handles matters involving domain names disputes under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Outside of his professional endeavors, Kenny provides pro bono legal counsel to various charitable non-profit organizations, working to safeguard intellectual property rights of underprivileged inventors, artists, and entrepreneurs in Georgia. He has contributed his expertise to the Patent Advisory Board for the Georgia Lawyers for the Arts and previously served as co-chair of the IP Practice in China committee for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
