Nicolette Nunez assists clients with patent infringement litigation and other complex intellectual property matters. With a background in applied physics, Nicolette effectively addresses client needs and guides them through complex technologies and legal issues.
Nicolette represents clients in patent infringement actions involving a wide range of technologies, including semiconductors, data signaling, wireless communications, medical devices, and mechanical systems, in federal courts throughout the United States, including the Eastern District of Texas and the District of Delaware. Prior to joining the firm, Nicolette practiced at Alston & Bird LLP and Haynes and Boone, LLP, where she gained experience representing clients in complex intellectual property disputes. She also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Ramon E. Reyes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York through the Sonia and Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program.
Before law school, Nicolette worked in the financial services industry, collaborating with technology teams to develop and implement in-house technology solutions designed to improve business efficiencies.
