Cynthia Lee is a highly regarded expert in trademark law, licensing, IP agreements, and intellectual property litigation. Cynthia is an experienced trial attorney in federal court, arbitration, and before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She is well-known for her vast knowledge of trademark law, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to client success. Her practical approach to legal problem-solving, in which she works closely with her clients to accomplish their desired goals in protecting or enforcing their IP, sets her apart in the field.  Cynthia’s clients especially appreciate her ability to truly listen to their needs and tailor her representation to achieve the results they are seeking.

Scott Amy has 20 years of experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, ranging from planning, to procurement, to enforcement and litigation. He has significant litigation experience as lead counsel in federal court, post-grant proceedings before the USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), TTAB proceedings, and the International Trade Commission. Scott enjoys learning and working with complex technology, and helping companies grow and enforce their brands in both domestic and international markets. He is known for his attention to detail, his ability to take a practical, goal-oriented approach to advising senior management and in-house counsel, and his dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

Eric Maurer has an extensive background in patent, trademark, trade dress, and trade secret litigation.  He brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the intricacies of intellectual property law and litigation. He has a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases from initial due diligence through jury trial and appeal and providing innovative solutions to his clients.  Eric is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, and previously served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force and an engineer for several federal agencies.  His multi-faceted background and experience with a broad spectrum of local, national, and international clients add to PKH’s capabilities in the mechanical arts and the military and defense industries.
